Mutual Aid Not Charity

'Mutual aid is about co-creating strategies and redistributing resources to meet the needs of people being harmed, such as food, housing, medical care, and cultural repair while organizing themselves against the system that created the shortages in the first place. By committing to cycles of repair through mutual aid it also addresses the root causes of challenges facing those experiencing harms from systems of oppression and demands "transformative change." Through mutual aid we commit to repairing harm from the racial caste system via time, skills, monetary, or in-kind supplies.'
